Food & Consumable Products
Due to health and safety regulations, all Yerba Mate leaf and consumable products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
• Opened Yerba Mate
• Unopened Yerba Mate
• Any consumable product
This policy is in place to ensure product safety and freshness for all customers.
If you’re new to Yerba Mate and not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us — we’re happy to help you find the right blend.

Non-Consumable Products (Accessories)
Non-consumable items such as:
• Gourds
• Bombillas
• Thermoses
• Other accessories
may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method if approved.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Starter Kits
Starter kits that include Yerba Mate are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If an accessory within a starter kit is damaged, we may replace that specific item.
