Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
• All Canadian provinces and territories

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, and remote locations.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Package weight and dimensions
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free or promotional shipping, which will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
• Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

While we will assist in filing a carrier claim, Northern Mate Co is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
